Discover the urban farm of fresh and ethical spirulina in Villeneuve d’Ascq, Etika Spirulina, co-founded by Xavier Delannoy, 2020 graduate of the ITEEM during its open day on Saturday 18 June, 10 am –
6 pm.
This event will be an opportunity to meet and discuss the project and its developments, its prospects and discover the world of (fresh) spirulina. On the agenda: visit of the farm and discovery of the second production unit, inauguration of the educational route, various tastings, participation in different games, among others.
“We expect to see even more of you than last year! Above all, we are really proud to be able to show you all the work we have done over the past year,” says Xavier.
