Initial training as a Workplace First Aider (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail – SST) is offered to you within the establishment on 10 and 11 January 2023 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (subject to a sufficient number of participants).
Any employee can become a Workplace First Aider after training, without any special requirements. This 14-hour H&SW training course will enable you to:
- Be proficient in what to do and in basic first aid (ensuring the safety of an injured person, reacting to bleeding or suffocation, using a defibrillator, etc.);
- Know who and how to alert within the establishment or outside the establishment;
- Identify dangerous situations and know to whom and how to relay this information within the establishment;
- Possibly participate in the implementation of preventive and protective actions.
