The ELT Hub offers training that leads to the “Trinity Certificate for Practising Teachers in EMI Skills” in order to improve teachers’ linguistic awareness and train them in the specificities of pedagogical English needed to effectively teach their subjects in English.
At the end of the training course, teachers will be able to:
- Apply their confidence gained to preparing courses and teaching their subject in English;
- Communicate in English more effectively with students and their colleagues;
- Learn how to use a wide range of languages depending on the situation (lectures, seminars, practical courses, discussions, evaluations, online communication, etc.);
- Familiarise themselves with a range of techniques for teaching in English;
- Make learning in English motivating and interactive;
- Manage students with different levels of English in class.
