On the occasion of the second call for projects for funds to support development and innovation actions, 3 projects led by our engineering students have been selected (out of the 6 projects submitted, all in the student category):

  • Paul Corradini (Ecole Centrale de Lille) – Insert_Name Technology

Insert_Name Technology develops tools to help financial decision-making and automate these decisions in the still uncompetitive environment of cryptocurrencies. The aim is to use artificial intelligence, currently booming in the sphere of time series prediction, to develop innovative prediction technologies in the financial sector.

  • Louis Damas (Ecole Centrale de Lille) – AdvertCab

Advertcab will enable VTC (vehicle for hire) drivers to increase their salaries by between €150 – €200 per month in order to reimburse their fixed costs (petrol/car insurance) via advertising campaigns inside their vehicles. The solution developed by Advertcab is to use headrest covers for flocking advertisements.

  • Barnabé GauquelinGrégoire Linée et Victor Berson (ITEEM) – GARE TA BECANE

This project had been already supported in the first session, but the committee has chosen to continue its support for the development of GARE TA BECANE.

For this first session of the fund for the promotion of innovation, a total of 3,300 euros has been allocated to the various projects.
