Horizon Europe is the European research and innovation programme which represents a budget of €95.5 billion for the period 2021-2027, intended to finance research and innovation projects to “shape our future”, i.e. that of all European citizens.
In the scope of the French Presidency of the European Union (UNEP), the Association of Innovation Councils launched the “JesuisEUcolo” initiative, an unprecedented consultation to involve citizens in developing future guidelines for European research:
- What topics and projects do you think should be funded by the EU to accelerate the ecological transition?
- How should we measure and assess the impact of funded projects? Based on which criteria?
