The first RIPEC (compensation scheme for teaching staff and researchers) C3 individual bonus award campaign (2022) will be open from 3 March 2022 (10 am) to 31 March 2022 (4 pm).
How to apply:
The application procedure is entirely dematerialised on the ELARA application in the Galaxie domain.
The procedure involves a dual opinion: that of the limited board of directors, and that of the CNU section to which the teacher-researcher is assigned.
The template of the file to be submitted along with the steps of the submission procedure are available on the Galaxie site intended for higher education personnel.
Schedule:
Applications must be submitted from 3 March 2022 (10 am) to 31 March 2022 (4 pm).
The institution’s Board of Directors, meeting in a sub-commission, will issue an opinion on the applications by 20 May 2022 before their examination by CNU, which will issue its opinion by 29 September 2022.
The final decision for the allocation of the bonus, which lies with the institution, will be communicated by 14 December 2022 (national calendar).

The RIPEC file is entirely dematerialised. It comprises the following elements:
- information concerning the applicant’s administrative situation, provided by the institution;
- additional information entered by the applicant;
a single document (in pdf format) drafted by the applicant based on the 2022 template in rtf format, available here. Comprising up to 15 pages, this activity report covers the applicant’s activity over the last four years.
