An Ecole Centrale in Toulouse?

On Thursday 9 December, the Groupe des Écoles Centrale (GEC) and the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (Toulouse INP) launched a think tank on the creation of Centrale Toulouse Institut.

This new establishment could be composed on the one hand of an École Centrale dedicated to training general engineers, and on the other hand of specialised schools. It would integrate all the current activities of the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse.

A “joint” work with the Écoles Centrale should lead to a proposal for “specifications and framework of the future establishment” which will be examined by the Toulouse INP authorities in July 2022.
