The first half-day workshop for all teachers was held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, and focused on the design and production of educational video clips for teaching.
After a participatory introduction, the challenge for the teachers was to produce a video clip of an educational activity on clothing in 3 hours:
- Pedagogical objective: at the end of the activity, students will be able to tie their shoes efficiently in all circumstances
- Duration of the video: 10 to 120 seconds
Although it may seem simple, the teaching objective is actually a technical gesture requiring a situation, a target audience, precise steps, and an explanation.
Organised in teams bearing the names of famous French directors, the teachers filled in the pre-production template and then produced five educational video clips. The Pôle d’Accompagnement Pédagogique et Numérique (PAPN) supported the directors during these stages.
You can find the production guide designed by the PAPN, including the concepts of the field, the pre-production stages (analysis grids, templates, etc.), the production stages (good practices, tools, etc.) and the dissemination procedure, as well as the videos produced, in your TICE & Pédagogie space.
