Professional equality between women and men is a major issue for Centrale Lille. One of its missions, as stated in its statutes, is the dissemination of a humanist culture and its motto is “Responsible”. These two elements lead it to commit itself to an inclusive society that respects all. It is in this context that Centrale Lille’s Board of Directors voted, on June 24, 2021, for a gender equality plan.
Within this framework, Amina Tanjaoui has been appointed Gender Equality Referent.
