As part of your teaching, you may be required to distribute copies of extracts from publications (pages from books, press articles, images, etc.) to students, whether in paper or digital form.
To enable you to do this in compliance with copyright law, Centrale Lille is committed to the CFC (Centre Français d’Exploitation du Droit de Copie) and pays a fixed fee each year to remunerate the authors and publishers of the copied works.
Thus, it is up to each teacher to declare the references of the publications distributed to his/her students. To do this, simply complete this form and send it in with your request for printing. Paper copies of the form are also available from the print shop.
As a reminder, you may not copy more than 10% of a work, except for short works such as pictures or poems. The source of the works must always be clearly stated. Find all the rules for using works in teaching here.
