A delegation from the international I-SITE jury, which will evaluate the label of excellence of the Lille higher education and research site, will visit Lille on Thursday 18 November 2021. During this day, the delegation will hear from restricted panels of people who have participated in the general dynamics of the I-SITE, including a group composed of the university’s partners.

Because of Centrale Lille’s commitment as a founding member of the I-SITE consortium and its continuing strong desire to contribute to the sustainability of the I-SITE label, Centrale Lille will participate in this hearing.

The development of a university with an international dimension is a challenge for the whole of the Lille site, which goes beyond the scope of the internal actors of the “Université de Lille 2022” EPA. The success of the EPE’s project, on which the international jury’s final I-SITE label depends, should bring our region not only a new boom in innovation for society and businesses, but also a significant strengthening of our collective capacity to train future generations. For Centrale Lille, this means new training opportunities for its student engineers and the possibility of developing its research in a higher quality environment.
