The Diversity Fresco is an awareness-raising tool that effectively raises awareness and questions about the issues of discrimination and inclusion within organisations. Inspired by the Climate Fresco, it takes the form of a collective intelligence workshop bringing together about ten people and a facilitator.
Centrale Lille offers its teacher-researchers the opportunity to be trained in the Diversity Fresco so that they can then run workshops themselves for their students.
The training process is in 3 steps:
- Participating in a fresco to discover how it functions and its concept. This takes half a day (a date is proposed on 12/10 at La Défense – CNIT)
- Following a one-day training course before the end of the academic year, which may take place in our premises
- Running a workshop followed by a debriefing session
For the training to be set up, a minimum of 6 people must be interested. You are therefore invited to fill in this form. If you have any questions, please contact Gaëlle Fontaine.
