The calendar of the registration procedure for the 2022 qualification lists for the functions of lecturer and university professor has been published on the Ministry’s Galaxie website.
The ANTARES server will open on Tuesday 7 September 2021, 10:00 am (Paris time) for registration. Applications will be closed on Tuesday 9 November 2021, 4 p.m. (Paris time).
The deadline for submitting applications is Wednesday 15 December 2021, 4 p.m. (Paris time).
Qualification and application for university professorships: new (LPR)!
The Law on Research Programming has modified the conditions for the recruitment of university professors. The different means of access fixed by article 46 of the decree of 6 June 1984 have been kept.
The law on research programming has abolished the CNU’s registration on a list of qualifications for university professors for all candidates who have the status of full professor (or equivalent teacher-researcher), as soon as it comes into force and for all sections of the CNU (article 5 of law N° 2020-1674 of 24 December 2020).
- If the teacher-researcher is a tenured lecturer (or equivalent) at the date of examination of the admissibility of the application, he/she may apply for one or more university professor positions open to competition even if he/she does not hold a valid “university professor” qualification. It is not necessary to apply for it either.
- If the candidate is not a full professor (or teacher-researcher of equivalent status) on that same date, he/she must have a valid qualification as a university professor issued by the CNU.
Please note: the other statutory conditions, such as holding an HDR or being exempted by the CNU, remain.
