In order to solve the housing crisis and to accelerate real estate development in France, Suzanne Fritelli, a 2000 graduate of the École Centrale de Lille, co-created the BUILDRZ application in 2016. This solution enables all those concerned (property developers, architects, designers, and local authorities) to “de-risk”, analyse and compare new construction before building permits are issued thanks to digital technology and artificial intelligence.
After advising her clients for a long time on urban planning, Suzanne wanted to provide a solution to help set up operations before new construction in France, which is often slow and complex to manage. “The time required for the upstream phases of the construction process is twice as long as the construction time. That’s why Buildrz identifies the best land and designs real estate projects of the highest architectural and environmental quality “says Suzanne.
In order to continue to share all their knowledge and expertise and to give all the necessary tools to the real estate industry, Buildrz has joined the 1st batch of the IMPACT programme of Paris&Co. The start-up will benefit from a 6-month tailor-made support and advice from 30 experts in environmental and social impact, which will enable them to achieve their commitments.
Suzanne will continue in her daring ambitions to forge ahead to offer innovative solutions: “The real estate industry has been slowly rebuilding in France for several years. With the health crisis, an acceleration towards digital technology will be seen in the coming months or years. Dozens of new trades will be created, and it’s time to act and make the most of our knowledge.
