All administrative and technical staff, whether permanent or contractual, benefit from an annual career review (or “professional interview”) intended to assess the professional value of agents.
The career review is a moment for exchange between the agent and his or her direct supervisor on the assessment of the past year and the objectives for the following year.
The review mainly covers the following points:
- Professional results obtained by the agent with regard to the objectives set and the conditions of the service’s organisation and operation
- Objectives for the coming year and prospects for improving professional results
- The way in which they serve
- Professional experience
- Training needs
- Leadership qualities where appropriate
- It leads to a professional interview report, which may be produced to back up career development requests.
The review gives rise to a report in which the agent can make comments. The career review is notably taken into account for career development requests.
All reviews must be conducted between June and October, with feedback expected by 31 October 2023.
