Centrale Lille’s ambition is to develop a skills-based approach in its engineering training; the deployment of this approach requires above all assimilating skills assessment.
The first project concerns the École Centrale de Lille with the evaluation of skills within the integration electives which are essentially a privileged moment in acquiring skills. However, evaluation remains difficult and is still too often based on the translation of a numerical scale into grades. Moreover, the links between the current evaluations and the training competency framework are not yet sufficiently clear.
A workshop will take place on Tuesday, June 22 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm in the Laurent room, and will be mainly aimed at people in charge of integration electives. Anyone interested and who would like to participate can contact Thomas Claisse or Véronique Le Courtois.
