In order to provide some information on the project activity of Ecole Centrale Lille with teachers already invested as tutors, and to be able to present the activity to staff who wish to learn more, a meeting will be held on Thursday, June 3 from 2pm to 4pm on Starleaf (connexion link).
The meeting will be moderated by Denis Le Picart, project manager, and will address the following:
- Introducing the project activity
- Updating on different projects and discussion around evaluation
- Presenting the link between the portfolio and the skills developed by the students through this activity – by Véronique Le Courtois
Then, training on “collective intelligence” which is the ability of a group to think and act together, in a way that is effective, to create individual, collective, and global value, will be offered to all those who wish to do so.
During this training:
- Participants will be given time to exchange and reflect on the project activity, apart from the time devoted to accompanying students, to create a work group around the project activity.
- Conditions will be set for an informal exchange, to create opportunities for exchange between project tutors and between teachers, so that these conditions can be experienced and reproduced during interactions between teachers/project tutors, and with students.
- Experimenting through experience will allow to learn the techniques of collective intelligence (importance of the different stages of the workshop, time in small groups vs. plenary sessions, individual reflection time, etc.), and explaining the keys to setting up these different moments.
- Individual learning and collective awareness of participants will be promoted.
If you’re interested, don’t hesitate to report via the online survey. Depending on the feedback, different dates and sessions will be scheduled during the 2021-2022 academic year.
