Below are the main changes in sanitary guidelines.

  • Symposiums, seminars
    It is now possible to organise seminars and conferences, up to 35% of the room capacity (50% as of 9 June).
  • Meetings
    The limit to 6 people is lifted, provided a distance of at least one metre between two participants is kept.
  • Catering
    All the collective catering facilities within the establishment will be opened whilst keeping the physical distance of 2 meters when the mask is not worn.
    From 9 June, it will be possible to organise working lunches in the meeting rooms; a request should be made via the “Organize an event” form.
  • Travel
    The rules on authorized travel and pre-screening procedures are available on the Department’s website.
  • Preventive measures
    This easing of constraints should not make us forget to follow preventive measures, including distances between people, masks, frequent hand washing and room ventilation.
