As part of the continuous improvement of the HR process and in order to provide a better quality of service to internal and external customers, the Quality project team worked on optimising the “Manage the Contract staff” process.

This process is required to accompany over 250 contractual staff working in the school during the year and to synchronise the efforts of a dozen internal staff to ensure the quality of the procedure.

Several improvement ideas collected throughout the project, as well as the “stop waste policy,” helped secure the necessary data, reduced case processing time and provided the right information at the right time.
