As every year, the IT Resources pole is drawing up an inventory of teaching software needs in teaching rooms (including rooms in C building and ITEEM) for all courses, as well as for AIP.
You can send your requests (including those of contractual staff) until May 7, 2023.
It is up to each teacher to send their own requests for Software installation in teaching rooms for their own lessons because the collective requests do not allow technical services to correctly identify the resource persons in the event of problems.
Only software that has been the subject of a request will be installed for the academic year 2023-2024 and software installed in previous years will be uninstalled. The PRI will confirm the installation of the requested software so that you can test them before the school closes.
You will still be able to make requests for software throughout the year. The software will be installed during the following school holidays if a minimum period of 15 days is respected. The teaching rooms will be reinstalled at each teaching break.
How to apply?
Go to the “Info rooms software” application, available on the ENT / in the My applications tab.
You must make one application per desired software. As a model, you can use the requests made in previous years using the “copy” button from the “My requests from last year” tab.
